The Grand Hotel Panoramic restaurant’s menu is like a long journey in Tuscany that winds through the Apuan Alps to the Tyrrhenian Sea, with excellent meat and fresh fish.
At breakfast, you will find sweet and savoury foods, accompanied by coffee and cappuccino made to order in our bar and served at your table.
Lunch and dinner vary and are based on Chianti, top quality beef, seasonal vegetables and fish, like salted codfish and swordfish, lightly cooked and served with creativity, alongside a good local wine.
The room is a fairly-tale setting, surrounded by bright glass windows that open out onto the park and are decorated with the elegance of 4-star hotel in Montecatini. In the summer, our chefs move outside, to the barbecue in the garden, to serve you char-grilled meat and fish beneath the stars.
Whatever your dietary requirements, we will do our best to satisfy your needs: upon request we prepare light dishes, food for celiacs, vegetarians, vegans and, of course, for young children.
